Will

ZeusPromo

I have sought the Heartstone throughout all of Arcadia, in every nook and cranny, every hidden cave and lofty peak. I have seen many faces, heard many voices, all guiding me towards what they believe to be the Heartstone.

The Ferryman, with eyes as luminescent as the river he sails, assured me that his lamp would light my way to the Heartstone.

The Best Friends, their hearts as hot and cold as the tea they offered, believed it lay in their pool.

The Pastor, his voice echoing with the weight of his calling, promised it for a mere 7 credits.

The Horsemen, their gaze as steely as their resolve, claimed that only through their door could I find it.

And the Fashionista, her spirit as vibrant as her attire, declared that only in rising up against tyranny would the Heartstone become visible.

Each of them, in their own way, tried to guide me. Each of them believed they knew the path. But upon reflection, I understood the truth.

The Heartstone is not hidden in the depths of a pool, nor locked behind a door.

It cannot be bought, and it cannot be stolen.

Nobody has the Heartstone.

So to claim it, I must look deep within myself.

It is my Inner Flame, the spark that drives me forward. It is the reason I have come to Olympus, and it is the reason I stand before you now.

My adversaries in the Lambs to the Slaughter match, they seek their power outwardly.

Tombstone believes the death of Albert Lamplight will bring him peace.

But it will not.

Doom and Foley think the Odyssey Pool brings forth the best version of themselves.

But it will not.

Lionel Troy is convinced his Church leads his Children to Zion.

But it will not.

Apokalypsis believe that opening their door will bring them freedom.

But it will not.

Narcissa trusts her Uprising will overthrow Zeus.

But it will not.

For they are mistaken. The world will not grant them their desires. They look outward, and they find naught but disappointment.

But I… I look inward.

What they will not do…

I will.

Because it’s my will that drives me, my will that fuels me, my will that keeps the Inner Flame alive.

And that is the true power of the Heartstone.

Will.

So, heed my words:

I will win Lambs to the Slaughter. Not for fame or glory, nor for the adulation of the crowd or the thrill of the fight.

I do it for the whisper of a promise, for the memory of a noble order, for the echo of a sacred oath.

For the Heartstone is not a prize to be won, it is a responsibility to be born. A beacon, a symbol of hope and resilience. It is the embodiment of the Inner Flame.

And I am its rightful guardian.

I will bring light to Arcadia.

I will restore the honor of the Luminous Veil.

And I will reclaim the Heartstone.

For I am Kai Lyr, the last of the Luminous Veil. My flame may be the last.

But it still burns.
