We find ourselves in one of the great halls of law in Arcadia, leading into a grand foyer. We find Captain Arcadia sitting on one of the grand steps in the arching hall.
“It’s a tough time in the world of Arcadia. Things are in a state of flux, where we seem to be more at each others throats than working with each other. Voices clash as rifts divide among ourselves. It becomes harder and harder through seas of misinformation to find out who you can trust, and what is the real truth.”
He smiles, giving a thumbs up to the viewer
“But that’s why I’m here to help! We’re going to go over the three kinds of people that you should keep an eye out for. These kinds of fellows aren’t friends to you or the people of Arcadia, but seek to tear us apart at the foundations.”
“The first are those that are incredible risk takers. The ones that will push every boundary, take every kind of dangerous threat and push it to the people. They revel in the pain, whether that’s yours or their own. These sorts of fellows will make you break from what they can dish out and revel in any lashback you give them. The best way to fight them, is to ignore them. They want attention by any means, and denying that to them hurts more than any blow or attack one could do.”
Captain Arcadia stands up, and mimes a big hulking form as he continues.
“The second are the ones that think they’re big enough to intimidate you. They swing their muscles around, trying to be the biggest and scariest fellas around. May even try and take the title of the strongest man around. In the face of these ones, that tower above you and threaten to beat you if you don’t follow, stand tall and brave. They’re cowards at heart, and will call upon the help of others quickly as their one trait fails them.”
He straightens up from this, and locks eyes with the camera.
“The third is the mastermind, the showman on top. They’ll often be the ones leading the other two, and will razzle and dazzle you. But you have to be wary of the way they sweet talk you. If you don’t pay attention, these kinds of people will use anything to say once, and then take everything away from hardworking Arcadians!”
He points to the camera, taking a more serious tone.
“Don’t fall for that. You know who to really trust in your world. Trust in Zeus. Trust in Olympus. Trust your heroes that come out every day to fend off the worst. These people do not seek to swindle, but to protect! Those are the true Arcadia, the ones that wil keep you safe at night and keep our great halls in one piece!”
He relaxes, flashing one of his best smiles that he can for us viewers.
“Remember, trust in Arcadia and Arcadia will put its trust in you!”
