“Holy Diver” by Killswitch Engage hits the speakers as smoke rises out of the entrance ramp. C.J. Thorpe charges onto the stage, head hooded as he strides down the ramp confidently. As he slides into the ring, a smirk crosses his face. He throws his head back as he roars out to the people.
BIOGRAPHY:
C.J. Thorpe grew up as Joseph Thorpe Cade, brother of Jackson, in the worst parts of Arcadia. Seeking a way out, he paid off the right people to become an APD recruit. However, his anti-authority nature quickly led to him deserting. He took up a life of crime, smuggling drugs and other goods from unsavory crime lord to unsavory citizen. Smuggling wasn’t what landed him on Death Row, however, it was freeing a young girl from her slavemaster/pimp. Facing charges for deserting his APD duties, smuggling drugs, and interrupting the lucrative slave trade, anyone powerful in Arcadia hates him. He worked with the Uprising, but chose family in the end, reuniting with his brother and father at Ring of Dreams X. The chains of his past have finally been broken.
