I just got a whole lotta questions, which is always a good thing. What exactly WAS the apple? When and how did Felix stop being evil? Did/does he have some kinda powers? I mean, he killed a nurse as a goddamn newborn baby. I don't care how many push-ups you do in the womb, it just isn't happening under normal circumstances. On top of that... Did Felix go with Tombstone willingly or did he just get snatched? What happens now? A good episode ends with a cliff-hanger. This ended with, like, 6 in 1.
Also, honourable mention to Stir The Pot for the line “One last meal”. That was badass.
BURNING QUESTIONS: (What questions does the show have you asking after reading?)
- Do Burning Justice just... GET the Tag Titles now?
- What was in those files?
- Why was George Cade more worried about what Narcissa might do to Jackson than what Redgrave would?
- How will the House respond to being beaten by EMM, Gemini and Mr. Sunshine? You know there is zero chance they'll let this slide. Also, will Gemini receive the whole truth from EMM now?
- What happened to Attano saying he'd accept his daughter's answer? Has he learned something else since about Zeus or Klaus's plan, possibly from George? Or was he just lying in the first place?
- What do the Cades do now? Can they even do anything? They're absolutely caught between a rock and a hard place, and fighting back will risk their mothers' life.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
I've been enjoying this storyline for sure! Will say I have a minor gripe about this week though (please don't hate me) - With the setup with the Owls all around the ring, plus the fact Aurora won by roll-up, I scrolled down after the match result and was like... Wait, she's just been let go? No kidnapping or attempted kidnapping from the Owls and Malakai? I'm ok with Aurora being a free woman, especially after being taken and held against her will recently twice already, but it feels counter to the events of Last Chance.

Quote from CJ Thorpe on 21 November 2024, 22:56POP OF THE NIGHT:
Captain Arcadia infiltrating Ezekiel Graves lair and attacking him. Listen, it may not have been the biggest or flashiest, but this was my pop of the night. The whole robe thing leading into an attack made me think of the first episode of Power Rangers in Space many moons ago, and I popped for that. So thanks to the writer for that one, even if I'm sure it was far from intentional!
BURNING QUESTIONS:
Will Doom show up to defend the tag straps?
Can Anton Savor get any more cold?
How is Narcissa coming for Jackson Cade?
Can Attano accept that maybe his daughter doesn't want anything to do with him?
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Thorpe - Poor mama Cade. We all know what Redgrave does to his victims, and she is surely being tortured endlessly while Redgrave plays CJ like a fiddle. This one is mega personal, and I can't wait to see how CJ gets back on the offensive.
Gemini - Girl just gave her man the side eye, didn't speak to him, and then got the win in their match. Gotta love it! But will she be able to forgive Muerte, or are these star-crossed lovers going to just be crossed?

What's In The Box III
Sweet Jesus, Redgrave's been sending CJ his mother in pieces. How has CJ managed to keep this from his brother and father? I mean, CJ was the one supposedly watching over her. Both George and Jackson have a right to be ripshit pissed about these secrets, Championship or not. What does this mean for the stakes at Red Snow, will Redgrave make CJ lay down to save his mother and sacrifice his Championship? Seriously, with a life on the line, how does this all play out?
BURNING QUESTIONS: (What questions does the show have you asking after reading?)
How does this game with CJ and Redgrave truly play out?
Are we going to see the return Scissors, is that what Tombstone meant by, "It's time"?
How will Foley fair on his own against Burning Justice?
Will Gravedigger be able to get his hands on Aurora once more?
HAVE YOUR SAY: (How did you like your characters portrayal and what are your thoughts on your current storyline? What, if any, improvements could be made?)
Harold: Yeah, I can see Harold getting overly aggressive and costing himself a match. But is he still alive after attempting to burn down Way's Circus. Makes me really think of the Movie, "Nobody" where Hutch burns down the Obshak. Because it doesn't appear as if Way is letting Michaela make her own choices and man is Harold going into "don't fuck with me" territory. I can't wait to see what's in store on the road to Red Snow with this.
Nox: Just damn taking a victory over Felix, and cheating his ass off to do so. Plus his acting as the harbinger for Tombstone on this night was a fucking stroke of genius. Understated but authoritative, I totally dug the fact that everything was set up so well for Colour Wheel V. I can't wait to see how Nox gets woven into these stories moving forward.

Still Birth. Because wtf. What is happening!? Who is the midwife, who is the mother, who is the shadow demon child!? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR THE RESIDENTS OF ARCADIA!? And actually does this link in to something already going on or is this a fresh story. Lots to think about, and given how close we are to Red Snow, this could be the start of setting something up for next season, potentially even longer!
BURNING QUESTIONS: (What questions does the show have you asking after reading?)
- What was in the file, and will we ever find out on account of the bloodstains? Is Savor a darker character than first thought, and why did he kill Gray?
- What does George Cade know and how does it change things?
- Oh no PUT IT ALL BACK IN THE BOX I DON'T WANT TO KNOW.
HAVE YOUR SAY: (How did you like your characters portrayal and what are your thoughts on your current storyline? What, if any, improvements could be made?)
Before we get to the seg, I really liked that Klaus used Damien and Ajax to shield himself from being hurt. It is a very sneaky thing and something someone who maybe has some sort of psychological control over his circus might do, for example.
And with Touchpaper II I had a lot of fun. We get to see Michaela for the first time, and similarly to the young boy Captain Arcadia wanted to help, she didn't want saving. Is there something deeper that Klaus has or does over these people, or is it genuinely nice under him? And then Attano sets the circus on fire with himself inside!? How on earth will he get out of that alive? And if he does, does he really think he would face no repercussions?

Quote from El Mariachi Muerte on 22 November 2024, 02:38POP OF THE NIGHT:
There were some pretty awesome segments, right from the bat. I loved Still Birth, just for the depth and description and intensity of the writing.
The reveal of what was in the box was blimmen amazing.
I also really liked the fact that Tombstone just decided Muerte wasn't worth his time and tagged himself out of the match entirely.
My pop of the night though goes to the WOOSH!
The moment where the Big Top bursts into flames. When Attano actually burned the damned Circus to the ground. We often see threats like that happen, but rarely do we see somebody pushed far enough to actually go through with it. Great moment, paralleled by Klaus's shock at the whole thing.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
Will Burning Justice be able to capitalise on Felix's lack of bestie? Or will Felix overcome the odds again? "I am the Tag Team Champions"
Does Michaela actually want to break free from Klaus? If she is happy, will Attano do what he said he would do and walk away?
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Well, they came to support him and kicked ass. Go friendship! Go Sunshine! Way to get the team back together. Though, the look that Gemini gave Muerte... that's not good. I don't things are back to normal by a long shot between them. Can we ever get back to the same page, will Gemini come around? Should she? Love this!

Quote from Jasper Redgrave on 22 November 2024, 03:02POP OF THE NIGHT: Still Birth/Color Wheel V
For me this week, the biggest pop would obviously be the reveal of what was in the boxes, but since I'll cover that later I wanted to give a shout to this opening segment. This set one hell of a tone for Forces of Darkness and the rest of the show didn't disappoint. I was unsure who the segment was entirely about until the end of the show when it was revealed to be Felix Foley at birth. It seems like someone wants to bring Sciccors back to the surface, but who? Is it Tombstone? Or is it Doom?BURNING QUESTIONS:
- Does DOOM show up to defend the Tag Championships?
- What did Tombstone mean by "it's time."
- How will Mikaela respond to Attano coming to look for her?
- How to Klaus respond to the circus being burned down?
- What does George Cade know?HAVE YOUR SAY:
This is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't exactly know what was in the boxes, and I was more thrown off the trail when CJ was supposed to be at home watching over his mother, but this is exactly the sick and twisted side of The Killer King I felt we needed to see. Just how much is left of Mother Cade? Will the Cade boys be able to save whatever is left? This was a sick reveal that gave me literal goosebumps when reading it.Also, the show header at the very top of the page was fucking fabulous.

Quote from Wolf Fang Ayame on 22 November 2024, 03:13POP OF THE NIGHT: What's in the Box. It was always a strong segment, but that final moment that moment where everything is revealed is just such a big "boom" moment. It takes everything to the next level and I'm honestly not sure where it goes from here. But I'm excited to find out. Like things can't get more intense from here is what I'm usually thinking, but I hear Red Snow is built different. So I'm watching with anticipation.
BURNING QUESTIONS: What does "it's Time" mean?
What was so bad that Savor would kill a man over?
Where do the Cades go from here?El Mariachi was able to find allies at the last second will they face any backlash?
Has aurora finally escaped for good this time?
HAVE YOUR SAY: Wolf lost but it was a very tight match up so I heard. I liked my opponents works so I really couldn't tell who was going to win going into it. So congrats to everyone on that side of things. I'm not sure if this is the end of the story but so far I've been liking how it has been going with the clashing personalities. It all feels like it's flowing in a nice direction.
This show in general was a nice build of intensity. Everything that was built up was paid off in some way or another while still having that little hook to continue on the feud. It was the perfect story beats to lay in for a show that's not like one of the big ones but still is a named event.

Quote from Destructo Boy on 22 November 2024, 04:13POP OF THE NIGHT:
It's gotta be Color Wheel V. Ever since Tombstone killed Albert Lamplight and revealed the truth of Felix's parentage, there's been this slow build to why. Why did Fernicus treat Albert so much differently then Felix? Why did Fernicus leave the Foley's? And slowly through the feud with the Ferryman and Tombstone refusing to kill him, it was presumed Tombstone was just delaying the kill. But now thanks to old Nox, the truth's been revealed. Old Felix's darkness that we've seen a fair few times wasn't drawn out or created by DOOM, it was always in there. It's the real Felix Foley presumebly. And now there's even more questions.
Did Momma Foley know? Did DOOM know? Is this what Tombstone wanted Felix for, the reason he didn't want to kill him for this moment? Have we seen the last of the good Foley if Six Feet Under and Tombstone completely corrupt him or is there a slight chance the good man Felix has become can stay? There's a million and one questions and this is just ramping up coming into Red Snow. Brilliant ender and cannot wait for the next month to see what happens next.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
- What exactly was in that file or will we never find out the true depths of Anton Savor's past?
- How will Michaela react to her dad burning down the Circus? How will Klaus react and did Nobody somehow survive death once more?
- Can the Cade brothers rescue their mother or will CJ be forced to do the "right thing" come Red Snow
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Great segment for father and son here, I love the both of them fixing up the old home and making it something worth living in once more. Taking the slow and steady path seems to have worked out somewhat, and now the pair are looking to do things the smart and right way and take things away from DOOM and Nox piece by piece with the first step being the tag titles. Question is now if it'll be as easy as Burning Justice think it will be to take the belts or will they find a different Felix Foley facing off against them come next week? Either way, it definetly seems like this is about to ramp up heavily and I'm down as hell for it.

Quote from The Burned Man on 22 November 2024, 04:17POP OF THE NIGHT:
Giving this to Still Birth and Color Wheel V. Holy shit, the bombshells were dropped on these segments were unreal. We learned that Felix was somehow an evil baby that killed the nurse delivering him in the hospital moments after he was born. We learned that Fernicus was absolutely terrified of the hell spawn that came from him and the apple (I think) and started trying to beat the devil out of him in response. I feel bad, but at the same time, a ton of terrifying theories have opened up about the puppet master now that this was revealed. Will Scissors come back? Will he go on a rampage like he did in the puppet themed horror show? I'm eager, but scared to find out!
BURNING QUESTIONS:
What does Tombstone have planned for poor Felix Foley now that he knows enough about his past? Will he kill him and ferry his soul, like he promised? Or does he have something more sinister in mind?
What does George Cade mean by "it means everything that we're ready"? Is Narcissa coming after Jackson that potentially dangerous? I get that she wants to potentially corrupt him and turn him fully villainous, but what sort of plans does she have to get him to cross the line?
What was in Roland Gray's file that made Anton Savor kill him? What sort of culinary powers does the Chef possess that can make one foam at the mouth like that? Scary stuff and I hope we get to find out exactly what Savor can do and how he can do it.
Where is Mrs. Cade? Is Jasper telling the truth and she's still alive? Or is it like Se7en and he's just waiting for the right moment to show them the head next? Will CJ lay down for her continued survival? Or will he fight like he's never fought before?
HAVE YOUR SAY:
TBM - I see that Maxwell and James are formulating a plan to draw out Doom. Their goal seems to be to beat the hell out of Foley and win the tag belt so they could get Doom out there and start focusing on their revenge that way. Whether or not that will work, or if they'll even win the match in the first place, remains to be seen. Hell, I imagine Doom and Nox would have some kind of plan lined up for the both of them when/if they happen to come out of the match victorious. Will the Rijens be prepared for that too? Or will they be taken completely off guard and let the Corporation get their way with them?
Calypso - Well, my girl certainly didn't have any qualms with Tombstone getting out of the match. At the time, nobody thought that Muerte would actually get Gemini and Sunshine to fight alongside him, but they ended up coming out with him to even the odds. She did alright in the match too, what with her covering Sunshine in a bit of red mist before tagging out. I'm not looking forward to the potential consequences of failing Tombstone, but I at least am interested to see where she ends up going next.
