ENTRANCE:
The sound of dirt being shucked from grave to ground echoes throughout the arena.
Suddenly, the piano keys ominously pang before smoke fills the entrance ramp. Gravedigger steps out onto the stage just as the lyrics really kick in, with his arms spread, his head lowered and a shovel in his right hand.
He walks slowly to the ring, not making eye contact with anyone before rolling under the bottom rope and sitting in the corner.
BIOGRAPHY:
As a young man, Gravedigger was brought in by Tombstone to help carry the load of digging graves in the cemetery at The Mortuary. He became a man under the watchful eye of Tombstone, believing him to be a mentor and father figure.
At Red Snow, Gravedigger turned his back on Tombstone to become The Ferryman, or as he refers to it; the Valkyrie. He now ferries the dead to their final destination with Igor Mortis by his side.
