(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- The Ashes of the Pantheon: Holy fuck a lot of people are just dead. That's a major shift in dynamic, it made everything following it feel really hectic and unpredictable. Like in a no one was safe and a "No rules apply now" to the landscape.
- A deal's a deal: I love this one simply because I was really hooked on the story, and in the burning questions for last week I did pose the question of "It can't be that easy" in my head I was wondering if it was going to get worse for Mighty like he was going to get stuck with Red. But the direction it went was even better, setting up Red as a person to not be trusted as you can be outbid.
- The Price of Power: Really Compelling interplay between the characters, with some big reveals that can keep this going for quite a bit. The black bile imagery was a highlight that I really liked.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
- Will Mighty Mighty obey Klaus' orders for the NXT Title match?
- Who Dug up CJ's Body?
- What is this list of names that the zookeeper has. How does one even get off of it?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
I will say I really liked No Strings Attached. It was rather straight forward but felt really good for a promo regarding the type of match. Invoking corporate ladder imagery. And tying it all back into their past with the hierarchy of Arcadia.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
So close yet so far Lol. Portraying Ayame as gutsy and needing the entire kitchen sink to take her out was really good. Loved the touch of starting out with Eclipse which made the whole thing start out with energy and personal stakes before layering in the other people. Gave a good reason as to why they wouldn't have gone right for the briefcase at the start.

Quote from Jackson Cade on 6 March 2025, 02:55TOP THREE MOMENTS:
- I think I'd be remiss not to mention the Invasion Match as one of the top moments of the night. The match itself was brilliantly written and really did well to make every participant really feel like a big name. Everyone had great spots, plenty of fun fake outs, and it was just exciting all around. Definitely a highlight of the night.
- The God of War Ascends was a fantastic segment. I would have placed Ashes of the Pantheon here but I feel like this part of the aftermath is the more important aspect. Zeus is in a coma, now ARES is the guy leading things? We hadn't swapped our commissioner character in a while so it'll be interesting to see what happens when Ares leads the war.
- Lastly I wanna give some love to Always Watching because I'm just invested in the Watcher storyline. I'm curious for the leader to reveal himself, and even more so I'm curious to who their leader is. Have we met them? Are they perhaps on the roster? I suppose we'll see come Ring of Dreams? Maybe Lambs?
BURNING QUESTIONS:
- Who dug up CJ's body?
- Who leads the Watchers?
- Is Zookeeper recruiting a new group?
- Who blew up the Pantheon?
- Will Mighty lay down?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
I have to give this to Drowning. I just think this promo was beautifully written. The theme throughout it was really well conveyed and you could really feel Felix's emotions as well. Excellent work.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Jackson Cade: First, I have to say, I'm fucking ecstatic to have won the world title on Cade for the second time. Just in time for the poor guy to be ready to receive a death sentence in Kaos. While I'm interested to see how he fares against the Preservationist heavy crowd, I'm also curious to learn who dug up CJ's coffin. More important, WHY they dug it up.

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- The invasion match in it's entirety. It was well written, and it shows how everyone in that match has parts that shine, great spots, and very clear near falls. The writer really knows how to write a big match feel.
- The Ashes of Pantheon: What a way to start the show by showing the aftermath of the blast! It might be a turning point for The Preservationists; with Ares now in charge while Zues is out of action, I wonder what The Preservationists does to turn things around.
- A debt of the dead: Tombstone interaction with The Reaper with the possibility of bringing a certain former member from his stable to life is interesting.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
- Who blew up the Pantheon?
- Who is leading the wathcers?
- Who dug up CJ's body?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
Promo for the week to me is The woMan Who Sold the World. I love how he does his RP with lyrics from the song.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
As usual, I love how it develops. Was expecting Red to be killed off, but that's another way of writing him off. Great job guys!

Quote from Nero on 6 March 2025, 13:13TOP THREE MOMENTS:
- The Ashes of the Pantheon: This was an explosive way to kick off Invasion, going from 0 to 60 in just one segment. I expected a slow burn when it came to the fallout from last week's show, but instead, we got immediate clarity on who made it out and who perished in that devastating explosion. Doom’s supposed demise was a massive shock at first, but I couldn’t help but question its legitimacy. Finding a mask rather than a body doesn’t exactly scream finality, and my suspicions were only reinforced later when Felix Foley uncovered the failsafe. Could Doom have multiple doppelgängers lurking across Arcadia? The reveal that Ares will take charge until Zeus is able to return was another game-changing moment. Ares has executed Zeus' orders flawlessly of late - handling Invasion Match invites and more - but now, he's calling the shots. What will that mean for the Preservationists and their game plan I wonder?
- The Judgement of Juicy: Alright - so whilst essentially a parody segment - this, along with Dean's Big Break, had to be one of the biggest laugh-out-loud moments of the show. Two completely unexpected surprises that injected some much-needed levity into the chaos. This sketch was packed with hilarity from start to finish, and whilst I don’t expect everyone to rank it as a top-three moment (I may be committing a crime by doing so myself tbh), I have to highlight Matt Ruby’s line about the midwife holding Baby Juice up by the ankles and slapping his mother. Either Dean threw that in as a personal gift to me, or there are more Only Fools and Horses fans in the mix here than I originally realised. Absolute comedy gold!
- The Invasion Match: This match simply had to make the top three. Whilst the outcome may not have been what I’d hoped for, the match itself was an absolute spectacle - elevated not only by its sheer scale in the written form, but also by the increased stakes thanks to eight competitors entering the fray this year. As always, Dean, you outdid yourself, my friend, and it was actually really refreshing to see an unexpected winner walk away with the briefcase. I don't mean that disrespectfully to Mikey, but from what I recall, no one had predicted Eclipse to take it, which made the result all the more satisfying. Huge congratulations to him, and massive kudos to you, Deano, for crafting such a compelling story.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
- How will Ares' leadership impact the Preservationists?
- What’s next for Mighty Mighty?
- Is Doom truly dead?
- Is Anton Savor introducing cannibalism to OSW?
- Who leads the Watchers?
- Why has Tombstone brought Calypso back?
- Just how long is this ledger?
- Who exhumed CJ Thorpe’s body?
- When will Eclipse launch her invasion?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
I absolutely loved Ezekiel Graves' Invasion match piece and was convinced he’d walk away with the briefcase (shows what I know). That said, Jackson Cade’s promo was easily one of the best I’ve seen in this newer writing format. Truly outstanding work, Dawson - brilliant, brilliant promo, my dude.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Gutted not to clinch my second Invasion match victory in a row, but no regrets whatsoever. After some time away, I’m still getting back into the rhythm of things, and all in all, I gave it my best shot - so no complaints on my end. I’ll take that as a solid step forward.
On the storyline front, Nero draining Ezekiel Graves' bank account of credits was a masterstroke - an ice-cold, calculated move that was so in character and exactly the kind of thing I’d been waiting for. Over the past few weeks, it felt like the Cyberhound had been more preoccupied with Eclipse’s affairs than with Graves himself, but this changes everything. It’s thrown a massive wrench into the mix, and I can’t wait to see how Graves responds... Things just got very interesting.

Quote from Eclipse on 6 March 2025, 14:11TOP THREE MOMENTS:
(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- The Ashes Of The Pantheon. The bombing of the Pantheon was always gonna be big, but this set the stage amazingly for the night. The whole time, all I could think of is 'Who did it? Is Doom really dead or is he faking it?' and then with the failsafe and Ares's ascension to leadership, the intrigue just built and built. I don't see how anyone couldn't be invested in the night to come after an opening segment like that.
- The Price Of Power. It took a while for the old cogs to turn, but when it clicked that the return of Calypso (a character I am VERY happy to see back, she's cool as fuck) was what was hinted at in the earlier segment, it was just... Satisfying. On top of that, it is a VERY interesting wrinkle in the Gravy/Tombstone storyline, I was thinking prior to the night 'how can this ever end? They're both immortal, but I can't see them stopping until the other is dead' but Calypso and her voodoo magic might be the way out... One way or the other.
- 100% bias here, but both the invasion match itself and the result. Well written and paced, great spots, a very punchable Matt Ruby, everyone getting a chance to shine... There was no doubt as to why this is one of the yearly 'showcase' matches of OSW, it was a wild ride from the get go that only grew in intensity before becoming the best kind of clusterfuck at the end... And then I won. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm sure we all like to win, but I was caught so off guard by it, so sure I was that I didn't even have a hope in hell, that when that surprise hit I was grinning like a moron.
- Deanie Hungie. After one night, I already has the same cult status in my mind as Dave McGavin. I love him and if anything bad happens to him I will set the whole world on fire.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
- What does George Cade know about the bombing that he's not divulging? On top of that, who IS the bomber? (I still think Doom)
- Will Red get his comeuppance?
- Will Mighty Mighty give up his title to Narcissa as instructed?
- How did Foley's mother escape, and is she okay?
- Are we looking at a new Kingdom, and if so, who will be in it?
- Who dug up CJ's corpse, and why?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
I'm going for By The Book. It was an absolutely genius idea that I have no clue how the bloody hell Daws thought of with adapting art into something new. Throw in how his doubt and shaken faith in the creed which he unquestioningly followed before, and it was a character-driven tour-de-force that absolutely deserves to be rewarded, and you can't get a much bigger reward than the OSW Championship.
Also, at the risk of inflating Daws's ego further... My second favourite was his Hatchet promo. I'm sorry everyone.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
As I said in the voice chat, it is a testament to how gripping the show was that someone with as poor ability to focus as I was glued to the screen the way I was, my concentration never waning. Thanks to all involved in the writing of the show, Dean especially, and to Laner for being an awesome host as per usual.
Regarding Eclipse? She may not have had a major segment or a whole heap of focus specifically on her, but one thing I can always count on is her to be given character in matches or segment in which she is involved in, whether she is the primary focus or not. She's a devious, conniving bitch and I am here for it. It is also a colossal honour to win the Invasion match, undoubtedly my biggest win in OSW to date with any character, not to mention my most surprising.
I would also like to apologise for my conduct during the live show - it was pointed out that I was telling too many jokes and it was detracting from the mood and gravity of the show, and this criticism is completely fair. I will do my best to tone it down in future, because I don't want to ruin the experience for anyone else. Hopefully y'all can forgive my ignorance on the matter, as I promise I wouldn't do that intentionally.

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- ... The Ashes of the Pantheon - The setting was perfect to open Invasion. The continuation of the story, that shows the impact of the war and how far somebody is willing to go to take Zeus out. There were so many moments in here that were key - from Ares being first out of the rubble, to Zeus being on death's doorstep when he found him... but I really like the imagery of Doom's mask being left behind and Doom gone completely.
- ... DEAN - This was a little unexpected gem. I really like a decent comedy character. From Junkrat, to the Friendship Club I can never remember the name of, this is along those same lines. The character is brilliant and I had several laugh out loud moments throughout.
- ... THE INVASION WIN - Massive moment for sure. That's what Invasion is all about. Eclipse being launched into the Statusphere now is awesome. Great match, it lead into the monoment well, and just soaking it up was massive.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
(What questions has the show left you with?)
- Did Doom somehow do it?
- did George Cade do it?
- Jackson Cade got the title (awesome stuff Daws btw) - he's holding it as a memoir for CJ Thorpe's memory, that's nice... But the question is how will that go for him leading into Kaos. It's a hell of a scramble, can he repeat and come out with the same belt at the end of it?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
(Which promo was your favourite of the week?)
A HOUSE BUILT ON SAND - I really liked this promo, the layering was well done. The twist of Savor being the flood in the analogy at the end was also well put together, to essentially call him wiping out all the houses of cards because they had made themselves look impressive on the outside but without foundation. That was cool.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
(How did you like your characters portrayal and what are your thoughts on your current storyline? What, if any, improvements could be made?)
EMM
I love this dynamic here. The little mini-dynamic. So the Night's mother was killed in the blast of the Red Light district, which was Gemini's doing... Now they're teamed up with each other, and Night doesn't know who he's alongside. I feel there's a massive revelation coming which will drive a massive wedge into the team. But for now, EMM playing the peacekeeper by connecting the dots and stopping Gemini from revealing her truth, that's a great dynamic.
SUNSHINE
Once again, I'm loving the character work here. The ledger, the names, the explanation. It all tracks. The description of the smile fading, and looking at what else lies behind that outward expression, that's great too. I'm really intrigued to see where this goes next. It's going to be one HELLLLLLL of a storyline, it could be character defining.

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- A Debt To The Dead/The Price of Power - I like it when there is a callback, and it was a very cool callback to Tombstone making a promise to Calypso. Somehow nobody saw it coming even though it was literally called months ago.
- The reveal of Anton Savor serving human flesh to Zeus' soldiers was both disgusting and got a huge pop in both VC and twitch chat. I think it signifies a darker turn for the chef (not that he was sweetness and light before) and could see his stock rise further. Only beef stock though :).
- INVASION. I don't really even need to expand on this - just look at it! A blockbuster of a match that was only one thing off being perfection (the piledriver working and Klaus getting the win). What a match.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
(What questions has the show left you with?)

- Who is the Zookeeper? What in the deathnote is this list?
- Is this a new Kingdom? Who is in it?
- Lol Dr. Death.
- Who is the leader of the Watchers?!
- What is happening "soon"!?
- I'm not sure what the failsafe achieves yet. He's a failsafe to ensure that Doom showed up to a match and lost really bad? I think there is something more to this, hopefully we find out soon.
- How is Graves going to retaliate against Nero?
- What will Ares do now he has the reigns of Arcadia? Will he be different to Zeus? Will Narcissa be able to work with him or will she make a grab for power?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
(Which promo was your favourite of the week?)
"Toys" by Gravedigger. Loved the theme on this one, especially how it almost foreshadowed how this might all end: "I am the toy in his hands. I am the one being played with. And just like he did with you, he’s gonna use me (...)" - maybe Igor will dump Gravy just as quickly as he dumped Tombstone?HAVE YOUR SAY:
(How did you like your characters portrayal and what are your thoughts on your current storyline? What, if any, improvements could be made?)
DREWITT
COLTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. MY BOY IS BACKKKKKKK. Kind of. I'm still certain that theres a twist in here somewhere but for now it's interesting that Drewitt and Grimmy have chosen the preservationists side. I could understand them not wanting anything to do with Gemini and Muerte but would have expected them to sit neutral.KLAUS
Of COURSE Klaus knew what Mighty Mighty was up to. I did think it a little odd that for a story involving Mighty's ties to the circus we had seen nothing of Klaus really in weeks - it's because he was letting the guy think he was smart! But Klaus is tooooo smart for Mighty Mighty! In The Ringmaster's Choice, I really enjoyed how Ares insisting he made his choice caused almost a PTSD style flashback to a similar thing Milo Way said years back. In the present he goes along with Ares, but I get the feeling in the past he didn't go along with Milo...
TOP THREE MOMENTS:

Quote from Gemini on 6 March 2025, 21:24TOP THREE MOMENTS:
(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- Invasion itself. The match was amazing, really highlighting each character and keeping the focus on the competitors in the ring and their own individual storylines with one another. Really well done. Congrats to Mikey for picking up that briefcase! Eclipse has really made a lot of strides since her turn to the darkside.
- Ares is in charge now? I feel like that really pushes him up the list of people who may have been behind the attack. I love the moment when our authority figure changes in OSW because it really signals a change in tone of the shows and stories.
- Dean Hungie! I know it was supposed to just be a little comedy bit, but I really enjoyed this character. Dean adds a little bit extra to the show, and having lower stakes characters and stories helps the high stakes one stand out a little more.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
How is Gravedigger going to deal with a pissed off Calypso?
Will anyone care that Mighty is trapped?
Are we going to see any more of the Temple of Bones and the Luchadores there?
Will the New Kingdom be coming for Captain Arcadia? Mr. Sunshine? Or both?
Is Doom really dead? Does it matter to Felix and his emotional state?
Will Klaus cost his own freak the NXT Level title?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
Wants and Needs by Hatchet was my fave. I just am down with the clown, and thought it was a great trash promo. The idea of the lottery was a great one, and reminded me of some Wild Karrde promos I did.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
I'm really curious to find out what Grimskull's happiness is. Drewitt got Colt back (yay!), so what's in it for Walther?
Gemini had some really tasty stuff this show. Narcissa is going after her for the bombing, and I have to say I think it'd be cool if Gem was the perpetrator. Though I think it's a red herring. More tasty is The Night's revelation that he lost people in the RLD bombing. I feel a Red Snow match coming out of this, and I think it'd be fun.

Quote from Nox on 7 March 2025, 01:45TOP THREE MOMENTS:
(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- The Fail Safe emerges, I really don’t want to believe that Doom is dead. As Nox’s handler I had really grasped on to the thought of Nox and Doom working hand and hand. Two men with a penchant for science and a huge lack of a moral compass. The thoughts of stories and people they could’ve tormented they could’ve been Arcadia’s Version of the League of Villains or Scarecrow and Lex Luther working together. This struck me because I don’t want to believe Doom is gone.
- The return of Calypso, knowing how much Damo has enjoyed this character seeing Calypso return and get vengeance on Gravedigger was fantastic. I loved hearing her return and helping Tombstone. The fact this started at the beginning of the night making it a great through line for the show. I cannot wait to see how the Team of what I will call “The Undead” impact the battle for Arcadia from here.
- Jackson Cade dethrones Redgrave and finds out someone dug up CJ. Just congrats Dawson! It was awesome to have Jackson defeat Redgrave. He was the perfect person to take the championship storyline wise. It will be awesome to see how this evolves from here.
- Invasion… fuck just the whole damn match fantastic from bell to bell. Plus I cannot express how proud I am that my fellow Tag Team Champion took the Briefcase this year. It’s definitely going to make shit interesting moving forward. Great work Deano, this was some great fuckin’ work brother!
BURNING QUESTIONS:
When will Eclipse cash in?
Who dug up CJ’s body?
Will Zeus live?
Will we get some segments where Harold Attano drops in on Zeus while he’s healing much like Zeus did to him?
Will Igor walk again?
Who blew up the Pantheon?
Will Dean Hungie get his match?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
Laner, Happiness and The Cost of Happiness, I really love how you put together two promos that intersected while going against yourself here. I enjoyed the tie-in with theming.
Mikey, Olive and Red Wood, man this was just a banger. It was almost punchy all the way through with deep cut after deep cut while still covering their opponents' stories about their squabbles amongst themselves. Just really good shit Mikey.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Nox: Nox survives and goes on to be part of the Victorious Team in the Seekers vs. Preservationists 8 Person Tag Match. All-in-all a successful night, on top of that getting announced for the Chaos Match. This is all teeing up a great opportunity for Nox, and now knowing that I am going to get to channel him for a month, I am so looking forward to this. I cannot thank Dean enough when recommended Nox to me, I’ve really come to love Nox and just how fucking evil he can be. I feel like I get a chance to get into the head of Sociopath when I promo for him.
Harold: Well shit’s fucked up for the Seekers and it looks like he, Night, Muerte, and Gemini are going to ground. Attano, seems to be on the back foot which has really been the case for him since losing the OSW Championship. I cannot wait to see what lies ahead for him as this Civil War continues to move forward and the war continues to be waged.
