BIOGRAPHY:
Growing up, Narcissa lived in the pure middle of Arcadia as her mother, a lady of the night, liked to have clientele from all walks of life. Neither people from the slums or from higher society looked out of place especially once they became bare in the brothel/Narcissa’s childhood home.
Meaning do what you want, Balenciaga as a family name meant to have no guilt or shame about what you do so Narcissa’s mother wasn’t the first in her line to do the oldest profession but Narcissa knew at a young age that wasn’t her calling.
She wanted her name synonymous with putting the best clothes on, not taking them off. She tried to break away from her mother’s shadow at first, using simply Narcissa as her name.
She opened a small shop and catered to anyone, one parallel she didn’t mind sharing with her mother. Eventually, her unique style and eye for fashion got noticed by Zeus himself.
Impressed by her ability to do anything with fashion, he made her the personal designer for him and his pantheon.
Little known to the world, he noticed much more than her designs and made her more than just his designer but also his wife.
Thrust into the upper echelons of society, she started to see they were just as dark as the slums, just better hidden.
She wanted to expose the dark underbelly and started to make street art for everyone to see the small secrets that only those in the inner circle would know.
She got away with it for a while until she revealed a secret that was only revealed to her.
Falling for a trick set by Athena, she was seized by APD where not only her actions were revealed but her full identity.
Saved by Gemini (Dark) on her way to prison, she seeks revenge, an uprising, and to make sure her family name is shouted to the heavens not spoken in the shadows.
She long tried to keep the Hera part of her identity hidden until it was revealed to the world.
Now she doesn't do things in the shadows, the Uprising and her do everything big and loud to make sure everyone notices them and things change.
Some of the world sees her as the worst, she and the people who support the cause think she is exactly what Arcadia needs.
