Nero serves as the resolute leader and strategic architect of W4TCH_DOG5 - a covert rebellion aimed at dismantling Arcadia’s oppressive regime. Operating in secrecy, he hacks surveillance networks, disrupts key infrastructure, and spreads anti-Zeus messages to undermine The Baron’s authority.
Once a high-ranking cybercrime officer for the Arcadia Police Department, Nero is driven by guilt over his former allegiance to the system he now fights to destroy. Seeking redemption, he is determined to reveal the truth and inspire the people he once misled.
