Pandemonium X - Explained

With an influx of around eight new members to Old School Wrestling, I thought it pertinent to discuss one of our big six Pay Per View events coming up; Pandemonium. Our 10th ever Pandemonium features an astonishing match called the Lambs to the Slaughter.

Lambs to the Slaughter is a 20 person battle royal in which participants are eliminated by pinfall or submission. Anything goes inside Lambs to the Slaughter. There are no disqualifications or count outs - there's just one rule; the fight remains ringside.

The way Old School Wrestling handles this event is very interesting and unique. The only booked matches on the Pandemonium card are Lambs and Championship defences. If you're not in a title match, you'll be expected to submit a promo for the Lambs to the Slaughter match itself. Will you be in the Lambs match? Who knows.

Only the top twenty promos make it in and you won't find out if you did until the live show on the Saturday night. Exciting, right? You betcha. There's nothing quite like not knowing and then seeing your image pop up for an entry on the night.

The winner of the Lambs to the Slaughter match goes on to Main Event Ring of Dreams X in an OSW World Heavyweight Championship Match. Out of our nine winners so far, only one has ever beaten the Champion at Ring of Dreams; all else failed. Last year saw our first ever duel winners of the competition, one of which broke the curse to become the new OSW World Heavyweight Champion at ROD.

After our PPV Attitude on a week Monday, we'll begin our cycle towards Pandemonium X on May 20th.
