POP OF THE NIGHT:

Loved the Aurora stalker segment. While I feel like it not being Jasper makes a lot of sense, it was good to kind of see how that played out here. Someone is stalking Aurora secretly, and I doubt it's the guy who is doing it openly. It's a reminder of Aurora being attacked from multiple angles.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

Who put the bounty on Roland Gray's head?

Will Gino put Candy in a grave of her own?

Will Graves' god be enough to stop the devil himself?

How's Attano gonna get out the hospital to get to Olympus?

Who will win Ring King?

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Thorpe - Really liked this week's stuff. It showed off the differences between Narcy and CJ nicely. CJ showed Narcissa that she's not untouchable. And she showed him that if he's going to come at the queen, he'd better actually take a shot. There's a lot of history here, and I think this feud has built it into the existing story structure nicely.

POP OF THE NIGHT:

Breaking & Entering: Sometimes there are moments in writing where the dialogue just hooks me, and for this one, it was when “CJ scoffs. ‘Night, bitch.’” That line made the whole scene feel intense, building up what’s going to be a sick match.

I’m new to the Zeus character, but I kept wondering what would happen if he woke up. Way to hype the world title match!

BURNING QUESTIONS:

• Who walks out with the crown, and what will it be known as?

• Will seeing Muppets affect Felix in his matches at Ring King?

• What would have happened if Zeus woke up?

• Who is stalking Aurora?

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Congrats to Mr. Sunshine you killed it, and I wish you the best of luck in the final four. It was an honour to face you.

Sure, it would have been sick to make it to the final four, but man, getting this far this early in Graves’ career feels great.

I’m very happy with what’s going to happen with Old Nick and Graves at Ring King. Writing for a championship here is huge. Win or lose, I had an opportunity, and that means a lot. Contributing to the history of this fed and having my character’s name be part of something this cool, and that has lasted this long, is awesome.

Best of luck, Old Nick. Thank you for being such a great opponent to look back on as my first feud here.

I think Ring King will be a very special show for me it might be my favourite night of RPing in a long time. You all are amazing writers creating balling characters with incredible stories being told.

POP OF THE NIGHT: (What was the moment, in segment, that you enjoyed the most and why?)

Breaking and Entering/Guess Who?

Both good segments in their own rights but the way they complement each other was awesome.  I loved the Batman analogy within where Narcissa essentially pointed out that CJ should’ve just ended her following it up by essentially weakening Thorpe by stabbing him thus proving her point.  This all went the way to show the when you swing the pendulum in Arcadia it sometimes returns violently and painfully.  Just brilliantly written stuff.

BURNING QUESTIONS: (What questions does the show have you asking after reading?)

Will Harold make it to Ring King?  Will Zeus cancel the match?

What’s left of CJ Thorpe to show up for his Title Defense?

Who will become Ring King?

Who will walk out of the Boiler Room?

What will happen when Way’s Circus, Burning Justice, Six Feet Under, and the Besties clash?

HAVE YOUR SAY: (How did you like your characters portrayal and what are your thoughts on your current storyline? What, if any, improvements could be made?)

Harold: This week’s segment with Harold was a reality check to just how bad off he still is.  The part of me who wants him back in action wants him to show up with at Ring King but then the part of me who’s seen one of his characters die wants him to stay on the shelf because I know that characters can and do die in OSW.  Harold if he does make it to Ring King would be fighting from way underneath, I can’t wait to see how this all plays out.

Nox: Not on the show, so no feedback for his interactions.  Working on the next gas to menace society.

POP OF THE NIGHT: On Your Way II
It really isn't a pop in the popping sense here, but I really enjoyed this segment this week. It shows the other side of Jackson's coin. It shows that somewhere in that "raging psychopath" there's still a genuine human being. It shows that although he's been flying off the handle lately, he does still have that same heart that he had as the nose-to-book rookie he once was.

BURNING QUESTIONS:
- Will Harold make it to Ring King?
- What happens if he does show up? Will his recovery regress? Will he end up with permenant damage?
- What happens if he doesn't show up?
- Who put the bounty on Roland?
- Who is Aurora's stalker?

HAVE YOUR SAY:
Now we have ourselves a ballgame! Aurora is finally starting to fight back against Redgrave, and I'm here for it. Though I still can't help but wonder who the stalker might be, or what Jasper's end goal truly might be with Aurora. This was a fun read this week, it had that classic slasher vibe that I enjoyed. Congratulations to the other three Ring King semi-finalists, and Good luck!

POP OF THE NIGHT:

I actually really want to give this to Against Doctors Orders because I really feel like this segment cemented Harold Attano as this volumes Brent Kersh to me. The way this grizzled old man can barely stand, could wind up paralyzed in the ring, yet still wants to get back into the ring to do what needs to be done.

He's honestly giving vibes to Rick Plant as well with this storyline. So while it may not be the biggest surprise of the night or the highest stakes of the night, I still popped hard for it.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

  • Who's getting that Ring King crown?
  • Will Thorpe even make it to his match?
  • Who is Aurora's stalker?
  • Is Attano going to be able to even compete?

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Jackson Cade: Man, Cade really seems to lose people left and right, huh? Even in death, with someone who sacrificed their life for him, all he can learn is that his savior looks down on him. I honestly wonder if that was Blankenship's real feelings, though. After all, I wouldn't put it past Tombstone to show Cade a fabricated version of the ferry ride.

POP OF THE NIGHT: I'm in agreement with Daws here, very tough week but Against Doctors Orders wins this week for me. The old 'guy's broken into forced retirement but refuses to let go' story has been told a few times incredibly by Dean. Brent Kersh, Rick Plant and Bruce Van Chan to name a few come to mind and Attano not only being basically retired thanks to Tombstone but so close to the answer he's needed for so long about his daughter but possibly losing that to his failing body is a brilliant story. Makes me root for the guy just that much more and hope to see him get some sort of answers out of George, even if it won't end well at all.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

  • Will Jackson continue to slip down into the darkness or will learning his men fear him snap him back to heroics?
  • Who is the person stalking Aurora?
  • Will Harold be able to fight George and find out the truth or will his body fail him along with gaining the answers he seeks?
  • Can DOOM fix Felix or is his best buddy permanently broken?
  • How far did Narcissa go in her torture of CJ?

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Gino: Very happy to see things from his pov here. Short and simple for the Don who's coming for Candy's throat come Ring King and cannot wait to see the possible conclusion here.

DB: So yeah, a little premature from last week but I am glad that it was somewhat resolved here. The owls pretending to be Burning Justice fits well and while the Kid was still prickly, it was towards DOOM which absolutely fits and turning the tables, albeit briefly on Malakai and Gravedigger was a nice touch.  Intrigued to see what happens next as I have a feeling DOOM and DB aren't done yet given the need for answers and I have a feeling it won't be a good time getting them.

POP OF THE NIGHT:

I'm going to be a homer and say Guess Who? Fucking got  me but I'll leave that to have your say. The other segment that made me pop was Northern Light. This is creepy in a way too realistic way in a world of supernatural events. This is the stuff real horror is built out of and for October it makes perfect sense. This is captivating like a car wreck and I'm wondering who's doing all this to her.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

Who's Aurora's stalker?

How far will Narcissa and Calypso go?

Who's going to win Ring King?

Will other cops revolt against Cade?

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Brutal Narcy is back and I love it, I wonder how fat she will go with things. The queen is in full control again and this brutal mox of royal power and ultra violence she learned with the Uprising has me really excited. I wonder how brutal the championship match is going to be and if one of them will be joining Attano in the hospital .
