Quote from Captain Arcadia on 21 February 2025, 04:29TOP THREE MOMENTS:
(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- Felix, This is Why is a classic segment for Doom, and I truly enjoyed it. The malice, the need to break him down for Felix and the sheer menace that came from the entire thing was just a fun and delightful treat!
- Guerilla Warfare was a fun bit, love seeing the machinations of Nox and Narcissa being foiled by the powers of Night and Attano is always a fun time in my book. And I think it's really setting up this clash really, really well coming up for them. Feels like it's ramping up.
- Hounds of Hades really caught my eye, showing that the Preservationists have some plans up their sleeves, and a 6v6 coming up is going to be something spectacular.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
- Who is the leader of the Watchers?
- Who will be chosen for the Hounds of Hades?
- Did anyone survive the aftermath of No Mercy?
- What was the deal going to be about?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
Suit and Sweater takes it for me. I do always enjoy a good Robbie promo, and this one really hit the spot for me personally. There was that edge in it that I do adore for the Narcissa promos, that feeling of a shear in her words to the cloth of her opponent.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Fuck, I loved this week's segment. The showing that Captain's not trying to be a villain, he's just trying to help and in turn is both exposing Sunshine for his stuff and allowing for that growth? And the honest smile for the kid who lost his brother? Fuck man that shit gets me rockin and rockin hard. Excellent stuff.

Quote from Jackson Cade on 21 February 2025, 05:29TOP THREE MOMENTS:
- May be a segment my character was in, but I fucking loved Face to Face. This feud is really feeling a lot like a classic Attitude Era style rivalry. Sterling laying down the law saying neither man can brawl before the PPV? Cade being made special guest referee for the main event? Absolutely awesome all around.
- Next is Liora because we do get the question posed of just who leads the watchers which is very interesting and the small amount of information we get leaves me wanting more. But, most importantly, we see JTR again! I was wondering when John might turn up again.
- Just everything Felix vs Doom that went on during the show. However, Felix, This is Why. Is no doubt the stand out. Doom reaffirming he did love Felix and giving us insight into why he's turned on him was peak. I really do think Foley vs Doom is in contention for feud of the year.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
- Who leads the Watchers?
- What happened to Liora?
- Can Mighty get out of his contract?
- Who's going on the War Games teams?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
Definitely going with Good vs Evil here. Once again Mel threw down a banger of a roleplay that capitalizes off of his storyline and segments in a really fantastic way.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Jackson Cade: I talked about it above, but I'm just loving this feud. It's classic, it's old school, and it's the exact kind of tension I love to see going into the main event of Invasion. I will say I loved Cade being caught in the middle of Doom's assault, super fun to see.
Hatchet: I love to see this bastard cause problems! This total brawl between the three forces was absolutely awesome to see. Feels like a gang war brewing and I love to see it.

Quote from Harold Attano on 21 February 2025, 05:29TOP THREE MOMENTS:
(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- No Mercy – So much for Olympus being neutral ground because Doom waged war here. Heck it even got Cade and Redgrave to set their battle aside if momentarily. All to get to Felix, I wonder what the response to this attack will be.
- The Weight of a Smile – The weight of Charlie’s personality and what he’s hiding underneath it was really the undercurrent here. I really felt for Sunshine here and the turmoil he’s under trying to live this double life. Having to shove down whatever he’s holding in to appear happy for those younglings.
- Guerilla Warfare – I'm a homer on this one Nox and Harold being in the same segment really drew me in as if memory serves me this is the first time they’ve actually interacted. Even if it was just one knocking out the other but I also really enjoyed how the Night and Harold came across here, two men of the shadows.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
What’re the consequences going to be for Doom bringing destruction to Olympus, if any?
Why the 180 from Red in helping Mighty, will this be a bad wish on Mighty’s part?
What’s next for Sunshine? What’s his next move?
What’ll happen with Night and Harold’s escapade?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
(Which promo was your favourite of the week?)
Stand Alone – I thoroughly enjoyed what Mikey put together here. Turning the “no man is Island” thing on its head was a great move. I was great as well getting to work with him this week as I’ve never had the opportunity to really swap work with Mikey, it was a fun honor.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
(How did you like your characters portrayal and what are your thoughts on your current storyline? What, if any, improvements could be made?)
Nox: Being knocked unconscious by Harold and the Night wasn’t a great start to the evening but walking away as one-half of the Tag Champs after stumbling a couple weeks ago was fantastic. I have to say I like the role Nox seems to plays as what seems to be the Last Bastion of the Original Uprising with Narcissa.
Harold: I like the thought of the Night and Harold as a unit, they seem like two characters cut from the same cloth. They could’ve been a great Assassin team. I like seeing them paired together.

Quote from Eclipse on 21 February 2025, 07:41TOP THREE MOMENTS:
- The Weight Of A Smile. Not only did Arcadia genuinely appear to have Sunshine's number here, but it seems the 'old' Sunshine still lives somewhere. Now, in case it wasn't made ridiculously clear, I was a MASSIVE happy Sunshine mark. I am so excited that there is still some level of good in him, and therefore the prospect of turning back into the man he once was.
- Guerilla Warfare. On one hand, the intrigue of what exactly Narcissa has to offer Grimskull and Drewitt in return for their loyalty is certainly intriguing, as is the fact that Narcissa believes Night and Attano can't change things. I'm curious too about The Night - if his motive is revenge, what lengths will he go to in order to stop her deal with the exiled half of Apokalypsis? He didn't harm Narcissa, so to him this must be a greater 'revenge'.
- Do We Have A Deal? Obviously Red's gone, but it looks like Mr. Raymond Reddington is still going to play a factor in the short term rather than instantly getting iced. What is his plan regarding Mighty Mighty, and will he survive? As bizarre as this is, Red's handler leaving has heightened my curiosity about the storyline further. Maybe I shouldn't admit that, but it is true.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
- What are Ayame and Nero gonna do to Anton, and how pissed is he at Eclipse for abandoning him?
- Is Momma Foley okay? 🙁
- Again, what is this 'Happiness' that Drewitt and Grimskull have been offered? Also, will they change their mind? They certainly don't SEEM to still have it in for EMM and Gemini given things didn't erupt in violence, so...
- This is twice now the Circus has been set ablaze. Will the damage become so great that they have to relocate/make a new venue?
- Will either side be willing to abide by the Wargames result if they lose? I'm guessing a big fat 'nope'.
- Will Redgrave and Cade look for revenge against Doom when they were collateral damage? Redgrave in particular will be interesting, given they're both preservationists.
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
The Night Will Kneel. As usual, Jin is great at portraying absolute faith and conviction, with no chance of failure in Graves's mind. Darkness is a theme that gets thrown around a lot in OSW for obvious reasons, but this still managed to feel fresh to me, and suited his character well.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
As much as I want to say Eclipse was a coward here, I think anybody would have left in those circumstances. That said, she didn't seem to feel bad about leaving Anton, which is delightfully evil. No complaints at all here with the portrayal.
Also, shout out to Bryno. Was fun working with him, and I must attribute me ending my losing streak partially to him. I was real scared by the whole tag team process only having done it once before, but he made it a whole lot less nervewracking!

Quote from The Night on 21 February 2025, 07:55TOP THREE MOMENTS:
Don't really have an order this time.
1. Face to Face takes a spot. Scott Sterling laying down the law is always a cool moment, especially when he brings down the bad guys as well as the good guys. Adding a rule that Jasper can't touch Jackson without losing his belt was awesome.
2. Felix, This is Why takes another spot. Absolutely menacing speech from Doom here. Dude makes his intentions clear to rid Felix and admits that despite loving him at one point in time, it's a sign of weakness that he must not have. His words sent chills down my spine and I cannot wait to see these two clash again.
3. Hounds of Hades takes a third spot. WarGames is a fun match and having a whole PPV built around it has my hairs standing on edge. Especially since the Preservationists have made it clear that if they lose this match, they lose the war. I doubt that's actually the case, but I am excited to see how we pull off a match like this when March rolls around.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
Who is the leader of the Watchers? Have they shown themselves in OSW already, or are they someone completely new?
Zeus seems to be forcing people to choose a side by the coming Pay Per View. Question is, what side will the unaligned wrestlers end up taking? Which six will fight for which side at Hounds of Hades?
Will Cade and Redgrave temporarily set aside their differences and target Doom for nearly taking them both out of commission? Actions like that are bound to piss people off, and I'm sure they're wanting to get even after what the former Stubbins did.
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
Good vs. Evil from Felix Foley takes it here. It was quite a deep and dramatic read that continued on from the aftermath of Broken Home very well. The inner monologue style was something I didn't expect from the Puppetmaster, but it was a welcome approach, given everything that happened on the last show. I also love how the determination to not let evil win again slowly built up throughout the promo, culminating in him pushing the debris off himself and keep fighting. Great promo, and my personal number one of the week.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
I'll admit, I'm still surprised that the Night has that teleportation thing since I thought it would've been dropped after the first feud with Narcissa. Other than that, I enjoyed seeing Attano and the Enigma together. Even if it resulted in a segment later on in the show that wasn't so good for the Seekers. Wondering how things will go for them next week when they really team up for a match.

Quote from Destructo Boy on 21 February 2025, 09:17TOP THREE MOMENTS:
(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)
- The Weight of a Smile. I'm a mammoth homer for the pure hero who genuinely tries to help people others have written off and this was that to an absolute tee. Captain Arcadia has had every reason to abandon hope with Sunshine and treat like him like any other bad guy but he's still trying to get through, to see if the good Charlie is still there and using the kids, using Sunshine's big weakness not to hurt him but to try and help him, that's genuine heroics that you'd see the big pure babyfaces of OSW old try and do. This seg not only rehumanized Sunshine a little after his mania but elevated the Captain into that beacon of hope hero Arcadia truly needs at the moment, brilliant stuff here overall.
- Felix This is Why. Felix vs. DOOM has been building and adapting for damn near most of this Volume and for most of it, they've been linked as allies turned to friends turned to family so when the turn happened, there was always the question why. Why did DOOM turn? Why now? And while this isn't the whole story (there definetly still feels like there's things held back here by DOOM), this is the clearest answer we've had. DOOM, the man driven by order and reason came to a simple conclusion that Felix was his weakness, and he needed to cut that by any means necessary. The description here was amazing to the point I could almost hear DOOM's voice crack once he mentioned the love he had for Felix and by gods this feud is going to absolutely rock the last year of Arcadia.
- Very tough here but I'm going with Hounds of Hades. This was is absolutely going to split Arcadia more and more in the coming months and the news of this version of War Games that may well be the deciding factor in the victor is huge. A big buildup here and a very curious intrigue to see who's going to be on either side of possibly the biggest match in Olympus history.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
Will Jackson be able to restrain himself from attacking Redgrave or will the Artist get underneath his skin and take away the one shot Cade has at him?
Has the Captain allowed Sunshine to regain his smile or is there too much darkness in him to truly fix?
What was the happiness in that envelop Narcissa and Nox gave Drewitt and Grimskull and can Muerte and Gemini figure it out before they lose two of their greatest allies?
What side will people take in this war and who will the six on each side end up being?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
Gotta be Good vs. Evil here, Mel has such a way with words with Felix and the whole setting the scene with Felix trapped underneath the rubble still fighting against the odds was peak greatness here.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Well fuck, so first off congrats to Bryno and Mikey for the tag title win, definetly deserved there fellas. As for Destructo himself, I'm definetly intrigued with how restrained he was here. While still being vicious and angry, he didn't go into his usual fight everyone and there mother mode instead cooly and swiftly neutralising the threat to his home and stopping the attack for the moment, but the Reverend has absolutely started a war here. I doubt Graves is going to back off after one failed attempt and Destructo absolutely won't be as slick next time. Very much loving this here and I definetly hope it continues past Invasion because there's a lot of potential with these two.

Quote from Narcissa Balenciaga on 21 February 2025, 09:50TOP THREE MOMENTS:
1. I'm going to give it to Captain Arcadia winning the double feature championship. While it's not the big earned win you hope for, I'm happy to see my boy Gray get a big championship and I'm hoping he gets to keep it for a while and prove he deserves to hold it.
2. Burn, Graves has gone full tilt due to Destructo's rejections and went for round 2 with a burning house to remind him of his past and mess with him deep. We see Destructo saved everything from the Blaze with a kick but he's definitely affected and I wonder how far will each one go now to hurt each other.
3. Liora was real interesting as a peek from the past and I really want to see more from the civil war. I'm real curious what happened to her and I wonder how her disappearance affected Drewittt and of course, I love a good mix of history and mystery.
BURNING QUESTIONS:
What happened to Liora?
How far will Graves goe to screw Destructo?
What does happiness mean for Drewitt?
MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:
Good versus Evil takes it for me, that was a such a beautiful introspective piece and one that felt like it could come from myself not as a writer but as a person. How many people just try to succeed in life by doing the right thing and checking the boxes of what you're supposed to do and feeling stuck in the process? While not the literal stuck under the rubble, it's a metaphorical stuck and just that parallel was beautiful. So good that the man who never touched the title just beat the world champion.
HAVE YOUR SAY:
Well written Narcissa as always Creative, somehow her men got wrecked and left reeling and she still feels like a boss on top of things. The idea that she has more power and ability to give people what they need than most is a beautiful plot device and plays out with what Drewitt says about happiness, that is a hard offer to compete with.
