TOP THREE MOMENTS:

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)

  1. ...
  2. ...
  3. ...

BURNING QUESTIONS:

(What questions has the show left you with?)

MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

(Which promo was your favourite of the week?)

HAVE YOUR SAY:

(How did you like your characters portrayal and what are your thoughts on your current storyline? What, if any, improvements could be made?)

TOP THREE MOMENTS:

1. Anti Hero: This was an intense moment between Destructo and Captain Arcadia, but what really took it to another level was the attack from the Man-Beast. I’m excited to see how these two powerful characters handle this new threat going forward.

2. For The Children: This is the rivalry I’m most hyped to watch play out at Kaos. The potential involvement of the children adds so much intrigue. I also liked Sunshine’s reasoning for joining the Preservationists it gave the story an added layer of depth.

3. Ten Bell Salute: What a powerful way to start the show after El Mariachi Muerte’s death. Seeing that rare moment of uncertainty in Ares was intense. This line stood out to me: “Surrender… or join his brother.” It really set the tone for how serious this match at Kaos is going to be.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

• What did Gravedigger whisper in Ares’ ear?

• Who attacked Destructo and Captain Arcadia—and why?

• Who walks away with the titles at Kaos?

• Which side will Hatchet choose?

• Still wondering… what would Graves do if he got Nero’s gauntlet?

• How will Zeus respond to everything that’s unfolded since the explosion?

FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

Crayons: I loved how it started off sweet and gradually turned dark in such a twisted, clever way. The “broken crayon” metaphor really hit simple, but deep. It sent a powerful message: you’re messed up, but you still matter. The way it kind of shaded Eclipse while pretending to be nice? That’s my kind of storytelling. Awesome job!

HAVE YOUR SAY:

This week flew by probably because of the time off, which came at the perfect moment for me as I just started a new job. It gave me a chance to kick back, catch up on promos, and enjoy the show.

I’m really enjoying the Graves vs. Nero rivalry. Another intense segment this week, and it just keeps building. Best of luck to Rob it’s an honour to have my character go on this journey with yours.

TOP THREE MOMENTS:

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)

  1. Ten Bell Salute - I really loved this old fashioned take on a death in wrestling, but with a new twist. It took that real situation we've seen happen and put an OSW style twist on it, which was really cool.
  2. For the Children - watching Sunshine explain himself, I could see why he chose the side he did. I don't like that he chose that side, but it was well reasoned and Foley's reason for fighting him also.
  3. Cage Stew - poor Jacky boy is really under the cosh, isn't he?

BURNING QUESTIONS:

  • Will Zeus wake up?
  • Will Jack survive?
  • What did Gravedigger say to Ares?
  • Which side will Hatchet choose?
  • Who dug up Thorpe?

MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

Toughie... I thought Cages and Crayons were equally as good.

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Gravedigger's angle this month has been very psychological and horror. I love it. I think having someone like Gravedigger in such a dangerous place mentally will make for an epic match and even make him a bit of the underdog. How can he fight Calypso at the PPV with his mind being so broken?

TOP THREE MOMENTS:

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)

1. Ten Bell Salute: It was just a meanacing way to start the show. It makes the Preservationists look like a huge threat and overall big. The story being told here is great as everyone there seems unified.
2. For the Children: While this one was simple enough, it really felt like a pure clash of ideals of achieving a similar goal. Which really does make for some of the best kind of matches and stories when the people are so close to eachother.
3. Cade Stew: Excellent set up for this match as it makes Cade go for a desperation moment. He's surrounded, and his back is against the wall. It makes one wonder if this is going to be too much for him or if he can be able to survive Kaos and the mental turmoil that he has been put through.
BURNING QUESTIONS:

1. Who attacked Destructo and Arcadia?
2. If Zeus wakes up will Ares be willing to hand over power?
3. What will Graves do if he gets Nero's Gauntlet?
4. Will Hatchet take the offer?

MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

I really liked Crayons as a promo. Tough call amongst a few though.

HAVE YOUR SAY:
Very make or break moment with Wolf Fang Ayame. And I kinda like that it's not super intense it just kinda weighs in on the whole supernatural and mystical elements of the characters. With a bit of a spiral outwards from the Eclipse feud. It's very good and I'm hooked seeing Ayame backed into a corner.

TOP THREE MOMENTS:

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)

  1. Consequences - I'm loving that Calypso is taking Gravedigger through these visions that feel so real to him. It really is nice to see Gravedigger actually scared, rather than being the one doing the scaring.
  2. Anti-Hero - firstly seeing both of these former goody-two-shoes now toeing darker and darker lines is a lot of fun in and of itself, but then the second half of the seg had a random beast of a man who we presumably don't know attacking both of them? interesting...
  3. Cade Stew - The fact that the reveal was a footprint makes me think one of two things: a) a footprint he knows well. George? or b) a really obvious footprint. Do we know of any really obvious footprints? Maybe it's Colt lol. With the "in the room" comment I'm guessing something that matches option A.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

(What questions has the show left you with?)

  • What did Gravedigger tell Ares?
  • Who is going to take care of Hatchet if he doesn't join the Preservationists?
  • WHO IS THE MANBEAST!?
  • How will Graves force Nero to hand over the gauntlet?
  • Can Caido really get rid of the Wolf in Ayame?

MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

(Which promo was your favourite of the week?)

I really liked Crayons this week. Great job.

HAVE YOUR SAY:

(How did you like your characters portrayal and what are your thoughts on your current storyline? What, if any, improvements could be made?)

Aside from Drewitt being present during Ten Bell Salute and Klaus being in a match I don't really have much to comment on this week. It's a shame that the feud with Mighty Mighty was derailed in the way it was, given how close we were to the PPV, but it is what it is.

TOP THREE MOMENTS:

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)

  1. Ten Bell Salute – A classic wrestling tribute with an OSW-style twist. The way it set the tone for the show was incredible, making the Preservationists feel like a true, unified threat.

  2. For The Children – A pure clash of ideals. Sunshine’s reasoning was strong, even if I don’t agree with his choice. It’s those types of morally grey conflicts that make the best feuds.

  3. Cade Stew – This setup was fantastic. Cade being cornered and forced into a desperate situation makes for compelling storytelling. It’s hard to tell if he’ll survive Kaos or crack under the pressure.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

  • Who attacked Destructo and Arcadia?

  • What did Gravedigger whisper to Ares?

  • If Zeus wakes up, will Ares willingly hand over power?

  • Who dug up Thorpe?

  • Can Caido really get rid of the Wolf in Ayame?

MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

Crayons – The way it shifted from innocent to unsettling was so well done. The “broken crayon” metaphor was simple but effective, and I loved the subtle shade toward Eclipse. Just great storytelling overall.

HAVE YOUR SAY:

I'm really intrigued to see what happens with Wolf Fang Ayame and Caido. She has an impossible task with Caido and an impossible choice. It could be a really fun outcome if she has to kill the wolf within and become a masked luchador for the temple of bones.

TOP THREE MOMENTS:

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)

  1. Ten Bell Salute. Love a good heel mic seg, and this was perfect. Felt like late WCW in the best way.
  2. For the Children. I am super into the kids being at ringside for this. Does anyone else remember early Volume 1 when Axel the Shark had kids with him every week? This is going to be much better than that.
  3. Dragon or Wolf. Love this feud, from concept to execution. Still feels like an epic tale here.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

Umm... who the hell is the beast who attacked Destructo and Cap?

Will Graves get the Gauntlet?

Will Ayame end up in a mask?

MY FAVORITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

I was out of town most of the week, but my fave of what I read was Cages. Loved the way Tombstone turned the cage metaphor from Mighty to Way himself.

HAVE YOUR SAY:

No real movement on either story this week. Gem's needed the space, and Grimskull was more of a player in the bigger segs. The match has already been built with Hatchet, so I'm excited to see what we get.

TOP THREE MOMENTS:

(Three moments of the show that stood out to you and why.)

  1. ten bell salute was a cool segment for me because of ares for one and his the coldness he comes with every week. you just come to expect it at this point but the way he interrupted the salute and then being met with a chorus of boos was great. and then gravedigger bursting out from the back, and whispering something to ares, this set the tone for quite the interesting show ahead.
  2. consequences following up the ten bell salute, specifically with gravedigger finding himself on the boat after stepping back through the curtain. all i can do is say theres alot of creative genius going on within the team because to me that was a hell of a moment, as has the rest of this gravedigger/calypso feud has been.
  3. the punishment thats been dished out to jackson cade recently makes you feel for the guy, especially after this week with how the show ended with the cade stew seg. and also with the reveal of that fresh footprint, its really set the stage for a very interesting few weeks ahead here.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

who does that footprint belong to and who dug up cj thorpes body?

what did gravedigger say to ares?

is cause really going to rid ayame of this wolf?

MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

i thought screenburn by klaus was pretty cool. i do like how his promos always get pretty descriptive i guess you can say, and delves into his backstory often. enjoyed this one.

HAVE YOUR SAY:

kinda similar to last week, its just cool to see my guy be right in the middle of such a crazy story, even if not *in the middle* in the middle. but i would say hes been portrayed throughout the segments just how i would imagine, in his very cold and calculated ways so i dont really have any gripes right now. ive been enjoying the ride with this one for sure and i cant wait to see what happens next

TOP THREE MOMENTS:
Ten Bell Salute - I was absolutely shocked at the death of EMM. I loved the traditional feel of a ten bell salute, but I loved more the absolute heel turn that this segment took. Absolutely venomous.
For the Children - I love Mr. Sunshine. I've always been a huge fan of this character. His explanation for joining the Preservationists was pure, which we first knew Sunshine as. Though it wasn't accepted as such. This segment set up a blockbuster match in Foley vs Sunshine. What a fucking banger of a match.
Cade Stew - A show of force. The visual of Cade being dropped and buried in the grave of his own brother is quite powerful. How will Cade ever survive Kaos? Where's CJ Thorpe's body?

BURNING QUESTIONS:

- What did Gravedigger say to Ares?
- Who dug up Thorpe?
- Who's the beefy man beating on Arcadia and Destructo?

MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

Admittedly, I did not read any promos this past week.

HAVE YOUR SAY:

First of all, I'm happy to be back to writing and being an active member of the roster. Thank you, Dean. That break was much appreciated.

KAOS is indeed what's on the horizon. I wonder who might come to Cade's aide, if anyone. The odds are truly stacked against him. I'm also very curious as to how this match is going to pan out and who ends up walking away with what.. or empty handed all together. I wonder what Redgrave meant by Cade should have been looking inside the room instead of striking out. There's a lot of questions here that we hopefully get answers for.

TOP THREE MOMENTS:

  1. I really liked Ten Bell Salute as a very strong opening segment. I think that this segment really served to cement Ares as the big dog in OSW. The whole ceremony acting as an example for what happens when you oppose him was perfect for displaying his mindset. Ares strikes me as very, ironically, roman. Like I wouldn't be surprised to see him crucifying people next.
  2. For the Children was a really cool segment. I think Foley and Sunshine have played off of one another so amazingly well each week and this segment was no different. I like the concept of having the children of Arcadia at ringside. Really adds an interesting new layer to the match.
  3. I think Anti Hero deserves a bit of a shout. Primarily because it introduces this mysterious third man that seems to be built like a brick shithouse. Has me very curious to see how this will effect everything come next week.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

  • Who was that beast of a man that got Destructo and Cap?
  • What did Gravedigger say to Ares?
  • Will Ayame wind up in a mask?
  • Who's footprint was by the grave?

MY FAVOURITE PROMO OF THE WEEK:

Against my better judgement I'll give a shout to Screenburn. I think the concept was really interesting and it had brilliant execution. But also don't tell Matt.

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Jackson Cade: These courses had me worried, and rightfully so. I think the tension across the show given by these segment was fantastic and the ending was about as brutally symbolic as you can get. I just wonder who's footprint we got shown, and just what waits for Cade come next week.

Hatchet: The clown wasn't around but I liked the segment nonetheless. Was nice to see Lucky get some more air time as well.
