NOX
Nox was a chemist of sorts, but created dangerous toxins that made people sick, hallucinate or behave evilly. He's in Deathrow because he used his chemical self-titled 'Nox' gas to poison and control a level of Arcadia. He was eventually brought down and into custody within Deathrow.
