An old CRT TV flicks on, the high pitched whine piercing the air for a moment before being overwhelmed with the plunking of a guitar and the song of children as Mr. Sunshine emerges on the face of the screen. As the kids cheer, the scene pauses, staying on his flickering face.

“Once, he was a children’s show host. Bright, shining, and fun all around. That theme song will live on in the hearts of many children here in Arcadia, as will that iconic smile. But who is he really?”

We pull out from the TV, finding ourselves back set by a pegboard. In the center of it is a photo of Mr. Sunshine, wrapped in red strands. These spread out across a series of images and pieces of information to peg on the board. Among these pictures, a Mr. Kleen photo is circled with “Old Friend” written. Question marks dot the board, from the Zookeeper to Paragon, incidents ranging across. Scenes of the show, of Mr. Sunshine’s actions in OSW, all of it creates this web circling around that face.

“For one so often seen with such kind actions, you’d think there would be a history to follow. Places to come from, origins to be built out of. An autobiography even. And yet, when you look into his past, all that comes up is the show he started on.”

From off right, Captain Arcadia comes striding in, falling into a chair with a look of exhaustion on his face.

“What little we do know of him makes him dangerous. He arrives in dangerous style, and lands with an expectation that few can truly prepare for.”

We cut to footage of his appearance at Lambs, holding well in the higher rankings.

“His behavior of what we’ve seen can be considered erratic at best. Sometimes he’s just the smiling happy go luck fellow, and other times he’s giving refuge to fugitives on the run from the law. Who knows what lurks behind that mask of a smile, for if someone is always happy, then can they really ever be truly happy?”

Another cutback, showing Mr. Sunshine hiding Gemini and lying to cover her tracks for a few seconds before cutting back to Arcadia staring ahead at the camera.

“I wish to warn you, people of Arcadia. This man is dangerous, and if my investigations are correct, he has done more than fight in a wrestling ring. He is armed, dangerous, and able to kill with relative ease. Avoid at all costs.”

“Trust in me Arcadia, I will bring him to justice. At Red Snow, I will bring down this walking anomaly of a man, to keep all of us safe from his schemes. I will stop him no matter what it takes. All for the sake of Arcadia. For the ones we’ve lost to this monster of a man. For the good of Arcadia”

With that, he stands, moving to the television and flicking both it and our view off at the same time.
