To Be Judged

In Ezekiel Graves, Promo by Reverend Ezekiel Graves

[The scene opens in a dark, ancient cathedral. The dim light from candles flickers across the stone walls, casting eerie shadows. Reverend Ezekiel Graves walks slowly down the aisle, his black robe flowing like a shadow. The air is thick with the weight of impending judgment.]

“In this sacred place, all is revealed. No sin, no secret, can hide from the gaze of the Almighty. We stand on the precipice of a reckoning—a reckoning that has been long foretold. Momoko Honda, you step into this ring, into this holy ground, carrying the innocence of youth, the naivety of a girl who believes in the light of distant stars.”

[Graves pauses by the altar, his hand resting on an open Bible as he gazes into the flickering flames.]

“But let me tell you, child, that in the eyes of the Lord, there is no innocence, only truth. The truth, Momoko, is that you are not here by chance. You have been brought before me, not to observe, not to study, but to answer for the sin of believing you are beyond judgment. The Galaxy you speak of, the Federation you represent—they are illusions, distractions from the reality that stands before you. The reality of divine judgment.”

[Graves steps down from the pulpit, his footsteps echoing in the vast cathedral as he approaches the camera.]

“In that ring, you will face a force greater than any cosmic entity you believe in. You will stand before the wrath of the Almighty, channeled through these hands, through this vessel, as I deliver the judgment that has been decreed. You think of yourself as an observer, a student of humanity, but at Chain Reaction, you will be judged not as an observer, but as a sinner.”

[Candles flicker, casting shadows across his stern features.]

“Your mission, Momoko, was never about observation. It was about being led to this moment, where you will face the consequences of your arrogance. The Federation may have sent you to learn, but they did not foresee that you would be the one placed under scrutiny, that your soul would be weighed and measured by the scales of divine justice.”

[Graves’ eyes narrow as he gazes into the camera, his voice filled with righteous fury.]

“The truth is harsh, Momoko, and it will burn away the illusions you have clung to. You have been brought here, to OSW, to be judged, and that judgment will be final. May God have mercy on your soul… because I will not.”

[The screen fades to black as the sound of a church bell tolls ominously.]
