POP OF THE NIGHT: (What was the moment, in segment, that you enjoyed the most and why?)

ALL ZION'S LESSONS

Cool segment. I really wanted to see the follow up from Ramsey to his Pandemonium revelation and it didn't disappoint. I loved the snakiness of Lionel too, with the cannister.

What are the effects of Liontamer?

BURNING QUESTIONS: (What questions does the show have you asking after reading?)

It may be the sleep deprivation of this week but I got a bit confused. Are we getting Narcy vs Thorpe, and Thorpe vs Attano both at ROD? Will Thorpe actually lie down for Narcissa??

Why do I get the feeling that Jackdaw isn't going to go quietly into the ranks of either Khan or Klaus? The concern on Aurora's face too, does she know more about Jackdaw than we do or is she concerned FOR him?

Will Felix find the diary? And if he does, can he survived Tombstone? Even if he lives, will this permanently affect the Felix Foley we know?

HAVE YOUR SAY: (How did you like your characters portrayal and what are your thoughts on your current storyline? What, if any, improvements could be made?)

EMM - I love the tension here, the attitude shown from EMM really drives that mood. There's definitely something going on there, and JTR knows way more than he's letting on - exactly what, who knows. But I suspect that these visions, John knows more about them and they're going to end up driving a wedge into Apokalypsis.

Vision - The setting for the scene was great, and the emotion at the start made sense given what's happened. I loved the fact that Vision knows exactly who he was talking to but we don't because it was dark - that's a good way to play the character. But I can't figure out the chuckle. He goes from distraught to chuckling in one line, it seems a bit of a leap. That's a minor thing, overall the story was really cool. Who's the turncoat??

POP OF THE NIGHT:

I got a few here...

  • Harold Attano coming out to interrupt CJ Thorpe's apparent plan to lay down for Narcissa at Ring of Dreams. I got an answer to my question last week about what could happen, and the added layer of Attano NOT being up for the Uprising's nonsense is really cool going into the PPV!
  • The segment with JTR and Apokalypsis was very intriguing, following what each of them have been going through recently and with John's focus directed so hard at opening that door at Ring of Dreams.
  • Lastly, the FKA Yellow Python segment was a lot of fun to see. Was really interesting seeing previous Kingdom members, tho it does raise a question...

BURNING QUESTIONS:

  • ...whatever happened to the Silver Fox and Brown Wolf? (I seem to recall Panther claiming he was once the Wolf, but in fairness...Lambs revealed the Panther we'd seen was actually Boswick haha) To follow on this, is Kleen responsible for whatever happened to them?
  • What lies beyond the door, should it open at Ring of Dreams?

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Loved the confrontation between Troy and Ramsey here, thought it was a great follow up with the added layer of Troy making use of the Liontamer he grabbed from Nox. Seeing how that impacted Colt's performance in the match against Redgrave was a great move as well, fun read there! Curious to see how Colt responds to it next show and beyond.

POP OF THE NIGHT:

Open The Fucking Door has me hyped, between the desperation and lies about the visions Apokalypsis is getting, something big is going to happen here. Either they turn on JTR or more likely, the door does somehow open and this could be our big story driver after Ring of Dreams. I'm excited either way.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

Will CJ actually lay down?

Who's the traitor?

How many people did Kleen kill and what was the final straw?

HAVE YOUR SAY:

No longer a two title bitch, but no seriously congrats Rob, I want to see what you can do this time with that belt and see if you can beat yourself in title reign length like I was trying to do. Time to focus on big gold now.

As for my segments, going from someone heaping the most praise they can on Narcissa to the next one saying there's a traitor but must be some sort of whiplash to Narcissa, one I'm expecting her to respond to strongly. Will we get a paranoid Narcy or one who tries to get and attack the traitor right off the bat. I'm definitely intrigued especially what will happen between Narcissa, CJ, and Attano, nothing is close to over with these 3.

POP OF THE NIGHT:

The Diary takes it here. While Tombstone's heel turn was fully cemented at Pandemonium by killing Albert Lamplight, we get to see the mental changes that came with it this time around too. The Ferryman no longer cares about who he was as a human and is fully committed to being a monster for Igor and destroying all that come into his path. Starting with Felix, the puppeteer son of a man whose bloodline The Soul Taker thought he wiped out completely. I cannot wait to see what happens now that Tombstone knows about Felix's relationship with Fernicus and how he'll take care of the problem of there being another Lamplight still alive.

BURNING QUESTIONS:

Will CJ actually make this RoD main event the worst RoD main event in history? I hope not. I want to see a fight for the ages like everyone else in the crowd does, not a finger poke of doom moment.

Why is John being so demanding that they open the door now all of a sudden? Apokalypsis gathered up a good portion of the roster and tested if they were the key to no avail, but why is he so adamant about them finding the final horseman now?

Who's the turncoat in the Uprising that approached Vision? It could be literally anyone since their voice wasn't described, so I wonder who it could be?

Will Jackdaw join Klaus or Jash's side in this upcoming feud? Will either of them go after the psychopath at the same time again, surely pissing each other off this time around? What is Aurora doing watching the whole thing unfold? I'm interested in seeing what unfolds in the next segment now.

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Mr. Kleen - The janitor was a killer during his time in the Kingdom, eh? Not what I expected, to be honest. Wonder how he became traumatized and felt the compulsive need to clean then? I thought it was because he had to kill someone and couldn't live it down, but if he was a killer beforehand, then that theory goes out the window. That being said, holy shit, what a sociopath. Dude's killing people left and right in the name of a cleaner Arcadia and calls the Zookeeper's methods of protecting their world outdated? Straight up barbaric behavior coming from the little guy and I actively want to see him get karma for needlessly killing people to capture his vision. Hell, I don't even know what the Zookeeper's grand plan is, and I side with him more than I do Kleen atm.

Dahlia - Not too much to say here. Dahlia is helping DOOM look for Victor to kill him once and for all, which is a terrible idea considering his massive size and is more than likely hellbent on getting revenge on her now. I have to wonder how far underground DOOM's son is considering what happened to him. You can only go so low before you hit the Killing Floor, and I don't think he'd want to go that far.

Blaze - Hoo boy, quite a bit of baggage to unpack with this one. James messing with flammable chemicals when he was thirteen years of age? That's not good, especially for a firefighter like Maxwell was. I don't know why he would do this, but I don't think it'd be for any good reason. Was he the one to actually start the fire that burned down the house, like Blaze has already deemed him guilty of? Or is there more to the story that we haven't seen yet? I'm scared to find out, honestly, but I must for the sake of quelling my curiosity.

POP OF THE NIGHT:  Very tough here but Open The Fucking Door just wins out for me. The sheer desperation in both John and Apokolypsis shines through here, the trio needing answers from John but JTR just completely fed up and demanding they find a way to open the damn thing. It's curious exactly why there's a time limit now (unless I forgot something along the way) but I'm definetly intrigued to see if they do find someone to open it up and all hell breaks lose from beyond the door (there's plenty of juicy possibilities they haven't tried yet) or they fail and the consequences are dire

BURNING QUESTIONS:

Will Thorpe lay down for Narcissa or will Attano be able to stop them from ruining the main event of ROD?

Who's the traitor within the Uprising?

Will Felix be able to find the diary or will Tombstone continue to be Igor's monster and take out one of the few purely good people in Arcadia?

Will Jackdaw play nice and join a faction or will he fuck things up for both Khan and Klaus? And what exactly is Aurora's role in all of this?

What exactly did Thorpe learn while he was kidnapped?

What exactly happened to Kleen that made him a killer and what happened to the previous members of the Kingdom?

HAVE YOUR SAY:

Doom: So the hunt for Victor begins. I have a feeling I know exactly where he is after presumebly trying to burn down the Factory and I have a feeling Dhalia's not surviving coming for Victor in those dark depths. Very much looking forward to what happens next here and how far both Dooms will go to take one another out.

Destructo Boy: Well fuck. So first I do love the kinship the Kid still has with the likes of Doom, it just adds that little bit more to the Pool Boys and the Kid needing to go back into the Pool to find clarity is a good idea in theory. But then we get to the flashback, Maxwell doing his hero bit to save people from a burning building only to come home to some heavy implications. James messing around with a bunch of chemicals. Flammable ones at that. So there's a bunch of things here, is James burning houses? Is this little shit doing terrible things that his dad has to fix? Is there some link to another certain chemist they have been dealing with lately? Obviously this could be a red herring but I have this bad feeling that Blaze might be right in his assumption the Kid was responsible. Either way, hyped to find out more and to see the moment James remembers his past properly cause that's gonna be a heart wrenching moment.
