[The Gallery.]
[But more specifically, the room that once housed the Embrace of Pain.]
[Only now, it’s nearly empty.]
[The room is immaculate, housing only a canvas with the letters “C” “J” written in blood.]
[The sound of footsteps on the well polished floor echo off the empty walls.]
[A sinister laugh accompanies that echo as Jasper Redgrave steps into view.]
“Do you remember, Jackson?”
[Flash.]
[A visual of what the room once was appears. The Embrace of Pain sits amongst a pool of blood.]
[As the visual fades, Jasper stands right where the Embrace once sat.]
“Do you remember what happened to you inside this room?”
“All the blood, sweat and tears that were spilled as you lie a helpless shell of your former self?”
[Another visual flashes, this one accompanied by a scream as a shadowy figure bucks within the Embrace’s grasp.]
“Do you remember how helpless you felt as the blood of your superior ran cold?”
[He chuckles.]
“The look on your face last week proves that you remember.”
“You remember all the pain and torture that I have inflicted upon you.”
“As you stepped into this room, you remembered how much of a monster I truly am.”
[Jasper shoots a glance towards the canvas that has CJ’s initials had been scrawled upon.]
“And you know exactly what I’m capable of.”
[He begins pacing back and forth, his hands clasped behind his back.]
“At Locked and Loaded, I’ve been afforded a grand opportunity.”
“An opportunity to make history repeat itself.”
“I’m no fool, Jackyboy.”
“I know that when the two of us meet for the Number One Contendership, you will be there to protect your brother.”
“Now that you know that I have my sights set, you will do everything in your power to be the big brother you’ve never been able to be to CJ.”
“You will be there looking to redeem yourself for not being there for Joey before.”
“And you will look to protect your brother from all of the pain and suffering that you know that I’m capable of inflicting.”
[He smirks, turning to the camera.]
“But you will fail.”
“Just like the many times you’ve come for my neck, you will fail.”
“There’s no protecting your brother. There’s no saving him from the same fate that you’ve experienced in the past.”
“And should he emerge from Locked & Loaded as the OSW Champion, I will be there waiting for him.”
[Jasper steps forward, his stare cold and heartless.]
“You once watched helplessly as someone you looked up to lost their life..”
“Now you’ll helplessly watch someone who looks up to you die.”
“At Locked and Loaded, I will take the opportunity that’s been given to me to make sure you’re barely able to watch as your own flesh and blood takes their last gasp..”
“And there’ll be nothing that you can do to stop me.”
“The greatest masterpiece that I will ever create is the death of the Cade Family name.”
[With that said, Jasper takes his leave.]
[Leaving us to zoom in on the bloodied canvas.]
