Everyone thinks they can lead a group to anything their heart wishes or desires.

No one questions their ability when things are going right but yet, even when the world watches everything going wrong, they still don’t question themselves, they question and shift the blame onto anyone or anything else to alleviate their feelings of shame or self-doubt.

Why do I bring this up? Boswick, you lead a group of pent-up individuals, you lead A walking powdered. Things are going right at the moment, you have the tag belts, you’re besting prominent wrestlers, and your group seems to stay intact no matter what is happening around them.

Are you ready for the inevitable downfall or more mildly, mistake or accident? Nothing can go your way forever.

I ask because I know how a leader leads when everything goes right, wrong, or somewhere in between.

I’ve seen leaders break down the moment something outside of their control goes awry.
I’ve seen others act completely numb to whichever way the wind blows and have the same stoic reactions or responses to the moments that would’ve destroyed a lesser man’s will to fight or even live.

My question is which one are you, Mr. Boswick?

If you can act numb, your organization might have a chance to rise through the ranks but if you explode the moment something goes wrong, your days are numbered.

The way I see your group isn’t a good reflection of your chances of survival.

What I’ve learned is people recruit people they can either see themselves in or someone they can enjoy working with. They both are reflections of the leader’s personality.

If the members of the ACA are mere reflections of you, part of me wonders if you’re the most pent-up member of the bunch.

Tucker Goode hides his true self from the world. He’ll spill blood, sweat, and tears in this ring for your cause but everyone knows he’d rather be spilling other bodily fluids somewhere else. He’s ready to explode up here when he doesn’t have the chance to in the slums below.

PMS is a walking display of rage. Everyone is a victim in the vicinity of someone who always views themselves as one. The moment something wrong happens, she snaps and releases rage towards anyone she’s close to. She is a walking firework, one spark and she goes off.

Mr. Kleen has to make the world clean as anything out of place or order destroys the essence of his being. He illustrates my point beautifully. When the world is clean, he is content, appreciate and a giving member of society. However, if the world around him isn’t in order, his mind becomes disordered and he will make the people near him bloody shells of their old selves as he has to clean a mess anyway.

If a group is a reflection of their leader, do you really think the ACA have a chance at survival when things go wrong for you?

We both know the answer and we both know that moment is sooner rather than later, you can’t censor fate.
